Romio’s … Pizza Quest continues …

I had a great surprise the other day because I went into Seattle and checked out Romio’s Pizza & Pasta. Awesome! It had been years since I went to visit this rustic Italian bistro. I forgot how fun it is inside and it reminded me of New York of all places. The last time I had been there I was filled with gluten and probably in a foggy state of mind. ( pre- Celiac awareness days).
Our waitress was very sweet and asked us if we wanted the regular menu or the Gluten Free. I was impressed! They proudly promote the fact that they have a real Gluten Free Menu with everything from – Panini Sandwiches to Subs, Grinders, Gyros, Pasta and oh yeah … Pizza! I think I counted like at least 12 different types of Gluten Free Pizzas. My jaw was on the ground as I just looked at the menu and smiled…. I felt as if it were a dream but the kind that I could actually taste and smell the awesome Zeus Pizza with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms and Onions. We also tried the Chicken Gyro and a Chocolate Brownie. If I had more time I would have run around the block a dozen times and ordered more. I can always go back - I highly recommend you go to Romio’s Pizza & Pasta for their Gluten Free Menu.
