I love …

So many things I love ...
homemade Valentine cookies ...
Sweet words ...
... the unexpected kind gestures of people you know ...
a glance from someone you would like to know better ...
Most of all
I love love love ...
when I connect with someone or something and it makes my heart melt.
I love finding out every day that I can create good Gluten Free food
that nourishes my body and my soul.
I love connecting with people - sharing stories, ideas and Gluten Free food.
I love writing my blog because it gives me an opportunity to focus on pleasure instead of pain.
I love the spark that I get from giving a surprise to someone and
seeing the gratitude by the smile on their face.
I love spicy food from far away places, good music, my family, friends and
my fellow
Gluten Free Foodies ...
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
xoxo

GLUTEN FREE FOODIES for event and lifestyle info!

Learning to live Gluten Free is a challenge. Gathering with like minded people while exchanging ideas, life experiences and gluten free food is more interesting! So I created, Gluten Free Foodies, to support Gluten Intolerant and other Food Sensitive people by gathering at monthly events and celebrating the foods that we can eat! Feel free to send me an email at glutenfreefoodie@gmail.com After all, didn't Erma Bombeck once say ... "I am not a glutton, I am an explorer of food."
