Hey Gluten Free Foodies!

Get ready for some finger lickin’ BBQ at
Mike’s 4 Star BBQ
 January 30, 2010
1:00 PM- 3:00 PM
Port Gamble, WA
Located in the historic service station next to Gamble Bay Coffee
Bring your friends and family for some awesome Carolina style BBQ! Mike makes Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and Chicken, and he makes his own smoked sausage that is to die for!
Mike is even going to be able to fry up just about anything “special gluten free” just for us!
Please RSVP by January 20th to me at glutenfreefoodie@gmail.com and let me know how many people will be attending with you!
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Learning to live Gluten Free is a challenge. Gathering with like minded people while exchanging ideas, life experiences and gluten free food is more interesting! So I created, Gluten Free Foodies, to support Gluten Intolerant and other Food Sensitive people by gathering at monthly events and celebrating the foods that we can eat! Feel free to send me an email at glutenfreefoodie@gmail.com After all, didn't Erma Bombeck once say ... "I am not a glutton, I am an explorer of food."
