This is one of those simple pleasures that I love waking up to in the morning.
Enjoy Life Foods Flax Chia Cereal with Berries

Gluten Free Breakfast Cereal is back in my morning routine and in my favorite bowl.  I love it with non-dairy milk or yogurt.   Want to make it even more satisfying? Add some little extra favorites – fresh or dried fruit, shredded coconut, whatever you like!

I am a big fan of Enjoy Life Foods Crunchy Flax Original and Crunchy Flax with Chia cereal. Enjoy Life Foods makes it easy to eat Gluten Free and Allergy Free anytime of the day, especially in the morning! Little crispy balls that make anything crunchy when you add them to your favorite milk.  I love it served with coconut milk or hemp milk.  Cereal is so fast and easy it only takes a few minutes to put it in a bowl and add your favorite toppings.

I love Crunchy Flax with Chia so much I enjoy it anytime of the day. It really is a great treat to take with me on the ferry. I just add all the fruit or toppings to a container with the non-dairy milk or yogurt and then put the cereal in a separate container.  When it is time to eat, I sit back, savor my treat and enjoy the view of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Crunchy Flax Original and Crunchy Flax with Chia is the perfect way to start your day and it is so satisfying.  Check out the nutritional facts that makes it a great choice to start your day.

Learning to live Gluten Free is a challenge. Gathering with like minded people while exchanging ideas, life experiences and gluten free food is more interesting! So I created, Gluten Free Foodies, to support people with Celiac Disease, Gluten Intolerant and other Food Sensitive people by gathering at events and celebrating the foods that we can eat! Do you have a Gluten Free question you want the answer to? Feel free to send me an email at Original blog - After all, didn't Erma Bombeck once say ... "I am not a glutton, I am an explorer of food."
