If you have Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance this is one of the most important events that you should attend to learn more about your health.  The 15th International Celiac Disease Symposium will be held in Chicago, Illinois on September 22-25, 2013.  The purpose of the Symposium is to better understand the facts and research for Celiac Disease and Gluten-Related Disorders.  1500+ people from 30+ countries are expected to attend and contribute to the exchange of information, new ideas and more research.
